Cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk from our own farm. No additives or preservatives, only rennet and ferments.
Cheese with a fine texture, white paste, creamy and melting on the palate, medium intensity with lactic aromas and slightly acidic.
Characteristic mushroom shape. Fat content between 45 and 60%, with a humidity greater than 50%.
