PEMENTOS CARMUCHA

Under this brand name is the project of the entrepreneur José Manuel Hierro Lago, the third generation of a family dedicated to the commercialisation of Herbón peppers. His grandmother, María del Carmen Rivera, was the founder of Pementos Carmucha. With whom, more than 75 years ago, production began on the family farms and the marketing of the most renowned product in the region, being continued later on by her daughter Carmucha.
