O Ferro was clear from the start: product, tradition and improvement. We are heirs to a gastronomy of resistance that also has an environment that nourishes us with fish, shellfish, meat, wine, vegetables,... which, responsibly and without much manipulation, we cook to give them a point of improvement that fall in love with whoever tastes it. The director of these kitchens is J. A. Brenlla who, after numerous awards and recognitions, has become a benchmark in Compostela and continues to turn customers into friends.
